As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist, I am dedicated to helping adults overcome the challenges they face in their lives. My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, while also being grounded in evidence-based techniques. I believe most presenting concerns can be traced back to a wound from a past relationship or life experience that gets stuck in the brain and stored in the body. I most often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my practice to treat these stuck points. This form of therapy helps people heal by activating the brain's natural healing process. I will work with you to better understand your own behaviors and responses, develop practical skills, and heal by directly targeting the wound.
